Cleanxiety

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of Cleanxiety. By creating an account or using the product you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Cleanxiety.

Cleanxiety is operated by Rudy Palacio-Schneider, an individual operating Cleanxiety as a sole proprietor, based in Montréal, Québec, Canada (“Cleanxiety”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@cleanxiety.com.

1. What Cleanxiety does

Cleanxiety helps short-term-rental hosts turn an Airbnb listing into a cleaning checklist and share it with their cleaners, then collect a photo report of each cleaning. It is an organisational tool. It does not clean your property, employ cleaners, or guarantee any outcome of a cleaning.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Cleanxiety for any unlawful purpose, or to process property you do not manage;
  • upload content that infringes someone else’s rights or that is unlawful;
  • attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties except by sharing checklist links with your own cleaners as intended.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the listing links, addresses, photos and checklists you put into Cleanxiety. You grant us the licence needed to host and process that content in order to provide the product to you and the cleaners you share links with. You confirm you have the right to provide it, including any listing content and photos.

5. Airbnb and other third parties

Cleanxiety is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb. We read information from public listing pages that you point us to. Your use of Airbnb remains subject to Airbnb’s own terms. Sign-in, hosting and other third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Limits

We may set reasonable limits on how the service is used — for example, on how many properties an account can keep active at once. If you need a change, contact us on WhatsApp.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Cleanxiety running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of a material change where we can.

8. Disclaimer

Cleanxiety is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for checking that a cleaning meets your standards.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Cleanxiety will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Cleanxiety. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using Cleanxiety and delete your account at any time from the Account screen. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Québec have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
