Why I built Cleanxiety
I'm a tech entrepreneur, and about four years ago I bought my first property in the Caribbean as a vacation home for my family, with the idea of renting it on Airbnb when we weren't using it.
It performed much better than I expected, so I bought two more.
Today, all three are in Airbnb's top 5% tier, they're Guest Favorites, they have 4.9+ ratings, around 97% occupancy, and a very healthy P&L.
But even with a great team and a deep understanding of how Airbnb performance works, cleaning was still the hardest part of the operation to control consistently.
So I built Cleanxiety with my development team—the simple tool I wished I already had.
Now I'm sharing it with fellow hosts, hoping it can make things a little easier for them too.
